Hi,
I'm in the Bay Area for Easter Weekend and would love to go out for a sail. I have to be back on Sunday at 3 p.m. (to catch a 7 p.m. flight back to London), so I could do Friday or Saturday or a bit of both or ... I'm a fairly experienced sailor with UK RYA Day Skipper qualifications and have done a bit of bareboat chartering. Any ideas?? thanks, Peter |

Yes, lots (of ideas).
But first, what are the dates? Easter is a holiday that moves around. And . . . what kind of sailing do you want to do - exciting edge of your seat stuff, or kicking back with a glass of wine as you cruise around the bay? John |

Hi John,
Easter this year is Sunday April 4th, so my weekend would mean Friday April 2nd, Saturday April 3rd and a bit of Sunday April 4th. I saw you do a race on the Sunday. I like both kinds of sailing, but usually the edge of seat is much more fun. I'm not a very experienced racer - specifically still learning getting the trim really right - but do not mind a bit of hard work. I have been to the Bay lots of times for work, but never had a chance to be on the water there. Peter |
