Announcing a new Meetup for Got Wind and Water . . .!
What: Last minute sail out of Oakland
When: Saturday, January 30, 2010 8:30 AM
Where:
Embarcadero Cove Marina
1 Embarcadero Cove
Oakland, CA 94606
This is a daysail out of the Oakland estuary
Our goals will be:
1. Get out on the water to sail!
2. Practice boat handling using both a 150% genoa and possibly the spinnaker .
3. Check in to see some of the action in the 3BF race.
We will meet at 8:00 AM and get under way. We will return early in the after noon ahead of a strong ebb.
