Come out and enjoy a very casual regatta at RYC on the sailing/racing vessel Ay Caliente! We have room for a few more sailors...bring your zest for fun as we put the "F" back in fun on AC. Must be on the boat by 6:00 sharp. No sailing skills needed...must know how to open a Pacifico however...

    For Janis: A beer can race is a casual race which starts and ends at a Yacht Club during a summer weekday evening. Often an Owner who races on the weekends will use a beer can race to sail with less than his/her regular crew and add some people to the mix to make it fun. Even if Aaron had 'given more time', it wouldn't make much difference. Sailing with Aaron is like getting sold out concert tickets. Fifteen minutes after he posted it, he filled his slots. Yes, he's that good ;)

    •  OMG! The event was awesome. Aaron was a great skipper and the experienced crew let us novices "do our thing!" I had never sailed out of Richmond and it was a peak experience. It was a perfect match of personalities and we ALL had a great sail. Thanks Aaron, for sharing your fine boat. Except for sounding off your plastic trumpet and possibly false starting another race, you were class! :-}

       We had a wonderful evening, great company, lively chat and a bear or two :) Adam and Tyler, crew members, welcomed us with open arms. Michelle, Rod (our on-board photographer) Eric and I couldn't believe our luck. Thank you Aaron you are an amazing host and Ay Caliente a beautiful lady.
