My boat is at the San Francisco Yacht Club and they have a buffet and BBQ all day so I thought we could enjoy the BBQ at the club for a few hours and leave the dock around 5, get some sailing in and decide where to hang out to watch the fireworks. We'll come back to the slip as soon as the fireworks are over. Those that don't wish to participate in the BBQ could just come to the boat by 5. The cost of the BBQ which includes chicken salmon, steak, hamburgers, hotdogs, and a large salad, side dishes and desert buffet is $25 plus drinks. If other boats want to raft up for dinner before the fireworks perhaps we'll decide to do that instead of the BBQ at the club. Please indicate your interest and I will let you know if I can take you as I must insure a mix of people who can help with the boat along with some novices.

The RSVP list doesn't "keep changing". It changed once when I moved everyone to wait list. Once more...sorry for the confusion

We joined Herb on his boat Kira for the 4th of July. Herb is a gracious, patient and kind host skipper. His boat Kira is beautiful, responsive and a pleasure to sail. And the rest of crew were all quite nice as well. Overall, the sail could not have been better (well, except for the fog that blocked the fireworks show). Thank you Herb!

Herb was a wonderful and gracious host. Beautiful boat and fun to sail in over 30 knot winds!

Fun afternoon - friendly yacht club and great BBQ, fun sail on an amazing yacht, saw some fireworks, and good to be back out on the water at night. Thanks Herb!
