This is a daysail out of the Oakland Estuary

Our goals will be:
1. Get out on the water to sail!
2. Practice boat handling using both a 150% genoa and spinnaker .
3. Check in to see some of the action in the 3BF race.

We will meet at 8:30 AM and get under way. We will return early in the after noon ahead of a strong ebb.

Had a wonderful day, my first sail on the West Coast, the weather cooperated, the crew mates were very welcoming and Skipper Jack very gratious in letting us play on his 1957 Wooden Sloop, I hope to get out on 'Echo' again very soon! My only improvement would be more wind, but now I'm just being greedy! :)

Great company and nice to meet new people. Beautiful day with lots of beautiful views of sail boats.

Being on the Bay with a great group of sailors and seeing some of the colorful SSS-3BF fleet in action made it a very enjoyable day.
